Medical Pilates
Rehabilitation Pilates is designed to support recovery after injuries and to safely address pre-existing conditions, including back problems. With a gentle and targeted approach, each session focuses on restoring mobility, improving posture, and building strength in a controlled and mindful way.Who is it for?
- (Ballet-) Dancers returning to training after an injury.
- Individuals with conditions such as osteoporosis, lordosis (hollow back), and similar postural or musculoskeletal imbalances.
